Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding born on December 30, 1986 in Hereford, England) is a English artist and singer. Ellie Goulding, a British singer-songwriter who rose to fame in the year 2010 when her smash songs Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed received a lot of attention from the media. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has an unique soprano scream and a knack of writing songs with emotional inspiring lyrics. Similar to her peers Kate Bush or Imogen, she's at the forefront in the world of mainstream and artistic independent music.
