Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she gave up gymnastics. After a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her college studies. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place at the level of Fitness despite having zero expectations. Ariel had to compete against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as feasible. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lighter weight as well as the second heavy weight day.
