Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise is a popular American singer, writer and actress well known for her portrayal of Ginger Grant in the 1960s television show Gilligan's Island. Her Two's Company musical was the first production she acted in for her first stage appearance. Following that, she performed on Broadway for a number of performances until 1957 when Li'l Abner made it huge at the National Theater. The same year, she debuted her debut musical album, This is Tina Time. Louise was first introduced to Hollywood as Griselda Walden on God's Little Acre, a drama from 1957. This movie was a big hit and Louise got the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. As a student in Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. The next role she starred in was with the year 1964, when she enrolled with CBS to portray Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise kept juggling her acting career in between Broadway television and Hollywood playing more serious characters as contrast to her image of being a glamour girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series, as well as Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. In the last few years she's also been an acclaimed director of well-known TV series like Supernatural or The 100. She was born on the 28th of August, 1965, in Essex. As a young girl, 3years old, her family moved her to Toronto where she lived her childhood. When she was chosen to play the role of Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She has lived there since.
