Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is an American cookbook writer who has won Emmy award. She is the host of the longest-running Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. It will air for another 27 seasons. Ina began working for the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents and also the budget. In the beginning, she was enthralled by the intellectual stimulation of her job, but quickly lost interest. Instead, she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. The store was a success for 18 years. the shop extremely popular before selling it off and picking up the pen to begin writing her first book. Other cookbooks followed, as did magazine columns. Between them the Food Network show was also a success. The range of products includes cooking equipment, to food items as well as storage containers. Ina has never attended any cooking institute and hasn't had any experience in a restaurant. Ina is completely self-taught. She is known as a simple cook and for her entertaining cooking style. Some of her most popular recipes are Skillet - Roasted Lemon Chicken Mac and Cheese, Beef bourguignon, Mac and cheese, Beatty's Chocolate Cake as well as Lemon Bars.
